Job Announcement: VP of Programs at PADV

Vice President of Programs: Partnership Against Domestic Violence (PADV) in Atlanta, GA seeks highly motivated program professional to serve as VP of Programs. Reporting to the CEO, the VP of Programs is responsible for oversight of PADV programs and services including; program management; program development and design; and program evaluation. Additionally, this position is responsible for the supervision and/or direction of a program staff of approximately 20 employees.

A Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) and a minimum of five years of progressive experience in a senior leadership position are required. Additional qualifications include: excellent verbal and written skills; superior project and human resource management experience; budget development; self-direction; creative thinking; successful experience working in a team environment; and a keen ability to work effectively with volunteers;
